Safeguarding Training and Policies

Safeguarding Training

I offer face-to-face training with fully risk-assessed COVID-19 precautions, at my training suite in the beautiful grounds of Nostell Priory.  Furthermore, I COVID test before every course to ensure that I am safe and all participants are asked to test before attending.

Based on my experience, I can write a bespoke course for your organisation or agency at your request and I offer a free initial consultation to map out your requirements.

My clients have included the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, West Yorkshire Police, York Safeguarding Children Partnership, Wakefield Safeguarding Children Partnership, Wakefield Council Early Years Team, Barnsley Safeguarding Children Partnership, Bradford Safeguarding Children Partnership, Wakefield Liaison and Diversion Service, and Barnado’s.

Please visit my Whats On page for the latest courses or email me to discuss your requirements.

Safeguarding Policies

I provide a Safeguarding Policy health check and writing service.   Whether you are in need of a policy from scratch or a check of your existing policy to ensure it is up to date, SHS can help.

Feedback from a recent client: “When I work with you, your safety is paramount. I have even invested in a safeguarding policy specific to my work with you, devised by safeguarding expert @sarahhenry2002. Because it matters! All trainers should have one!”
